Couldn't recommend more for a day tour

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy access to local dining options, with the beautiful decor and ample charging outlets making my stay enjoyable, and being only 80 km from the nearest airport added to the convenience for exploring the area.

Everything was superb.

Location was good.that's about it.

Bath tub was extremely noisy. The whole building could tell I was taking a shower. The bath door was broken, bath faucet broken, tv was mounted in an awkward place so you could only see half the tv. There were also stained towels, and the ironing board was extremely filthy. The cover was stained real bad. I took pictures of everything.

The staff was affable and accommodating. When I asked TV was fixed. Greatly enjoyed the family room with very comfy beds, and comfy location to a convenience store. It had a microwave oven and a washing machine.

We encountered several significant issues. The noise from partying guests outside made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, and despite the manager being present, he did nothing to address the disturbance.

It was as expected, had a good stay for business trip. The hotel had indeed a comfortable location to a convenience store. Plus, it was near local attractions, stores and restaurants and Ruidoso Downs, NM.

We had to walk back down to the office at night to have to key remade because it was made for 1 night and not 2 nights.

The room was newly remodeled with a cool lighted mirror and tons of outlets. Plus, the bed was super comfy! The location is right next to a great Mexican restaurant for quick bites.

Bed was extremely old and worn out - very soft and uncomfortable. Carpet was stained. I was on the second floor and no elevator so had to make a couple of trips up the stairs with luggage. I checked out after one night and stayed somewhere else the second night.

The price and quality

Breakfast could've been better but like I said you get what you pay for it was alright for the price.

perfect stay near parks and fun attractions

The heated pool was so warm and clean my children loved it, and we enjoyed being right in the heart of Ruidoso. The room was super clean and cozy, perfect for a family escape on the weekends, but the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.

Location

Our room was dirty, toilet had not been cleaned, bathroom was dirty. Parking was not for handicap. Picture of this motel was nothing like the real motel. Very big letdown.

The heated pool was super warm and clean, my kids loved it. Try to check if the breakfast options are available before making plans.

Family friendly hotel for a comfy stay

The beds were super comfy and the staff was really helpful. I especially liked the remodeled room with the fancy lighted mirror, it was like I was in a much more expensive place.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

wasn't made aware of any food or kitchen availability. Our room was quiet & beds were comfortable. Everything was in good working order.

outdoor premises were unkept. Sidewalks & stairs in need of sweeping. The price was a bit high. $175.00 per night? There was a lot going on in town. Maybe that's why the inflated rate?
